Real Mountain Living, Work, and Play

“Our mission is to cultivate a thriving economic environment that retains, expands and

attracts Grand County businesses while elevating quality of life.”

The role of Grand County Economic Development is to identify the tools and resources for businesses, nonprofits and government that are available on a county, region and state level.  It is our job to determine what opportunities allow for collaboration in order to reach economic sustainability within our community. Some of these tools and resources include reaching out to our community’s through the press to draw in keynote speakers, business workshops and to showcase Grand County’s collaboration as a whole.

Grand County Economic Development is featured twice monthly in the business column of the Sky-Hi news and regularly featured in the Grand Gazette.  We have also worked closely with our local radio station to air our community engagement efforts as well as Channel 18 on a major upcoming project.
